The Keens Shay Keens staff will integrate fully with Foxley Kingham including taking on the business name, they have moved into the Butterfield office, where they will benefit from enhanced back-office support, which will allow the team to focus on what they do best – looking after their clients. All Keens Shay Keens clients have been notified and will transfer over to Foxley Kingham where they will have access to a larger pool of expertise.

Stephen Mason from Foxley Kingham said:

“Taking on Keens Shay Keens was a perfect opportunity for Foxley Kingham, we have always respected them as a long-established and reputable firm with aligned values and business practices to our own. Both FK and Keens Shay Keens go back a long way in Luton, we know the challenges and opportunities faced by the local market and this merger ensures we can continue to grow and offer great service and advice to our clients. We extend a very warm welcome to the new clients joining us, as the majority of KSK staff have moved into our offices at Butterfield, it should be a smooth and seamless change for them.”

Graham Boughton from KSK said:

“Thank you to the team at Foxley Kingham for such a warm welcome, we have settled in well to the new office. It’s great to see two like-minded companies join forces and I’m delighted we’ve been able to secure jobs for everyone in our team in the new set-up. Sadly Paul Howkins didn’t get to see the completion of the deal, but he was central to the talks in the initial stages and I know he’d be gladdened to know that the merger is now complete.”

The growth of the firm has also created new vacancies at Foxley Kingham and anyone wishing to join the team in a flourishing business should go to the website www.fkca.co.uk to find out more.
