Jingle all the wAI using Ai to raise money for charity

Written by Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce | 16 Dec 2024

Every Christmas Bonfire Creative Intelligence, like many companies, does something for charity - either by donating, fundraising and/or pro bono work. This year we set ourselves a challenge to find a way of using Ai to raise money for charity.

Stephen Judge, Founding Creative Director, says " The brief was wonderfully simple: come up with an idea for raising money for charity using Ai, and most of all have fun!"

The result - "Jingle all the wAI" - a six track charity Christmas EP released on the 1st December 2024.

The EP was generated using our ideas and a mixture of CoPilot, Suno and other audio editing software. There are 6 tracks for the 6 charities we are currently supporting - NOAH, Creating Memories, Ampthill Mayor's Charity Fund, Psoriasis Association, Yes We Can and Stray Cat Rescue.

Andrew Clark, trustee of Creative Memories, says "A lovely creative way to support charities this Christmas from Bonfire Creative Intelligence, the best one is obviously Memories beautiful which supports Creating Memories 😃, please vote for our song, doesn’t cost anything but might help us get that extra % share!! 🤣."

There is a landing page where people can vote for their favourite track/charity (www.bonfireci.com/jingle) and a growing charity fund pot that will be split between the charities based on the votes. Voting is open until the 31st December 2024.

Steven Dumbleton, Account Director, says "It's been a great few months of fun working on this campaign and both our team and the charities are very excited," he adds, "our local Revolution Radio also got behind the campaign and played the tracks at the weekend'.

Bonfire started the charity fund pot and both clients and contacts have been sponsoring/donating to the pot to support the campaign which currently stands at nearly £3,000 and growing. All streaming revenue will go to each respective charity in perpetuity.

Stephen Judge, adds "The EP is available now on all major streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal and Deezer so have a listen, have a vote. We hope you enjoy tracks as much as we did creating them."

Justin Richardson, CEO of Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce and campaign sponsor says "Jingle all the wAI is a brilliant example of creativity and community spirit coming together to make a difference. Bonfire Creative Intelligence has shown how innovation can be a force for good, and we’re delighted to support their campaign. By blending AI with the joy of Christmas music, they’ve created something fun that raises both funds and awareness for the charities. Let’s all get behind this fantastic initiative—listen, vote, and help make a positive impact this festive season!".
