Deemed the ‘One to Watch’ by the Judges at the Woman Who Achieves & Solopreneur Awards 2021, Esther Roche received a Commendation award for her natural plant-based skincare range DeRoiste Natural Beauty.
The beauty range is free from chemicals and suitable for sensitive skin. Although Esther had been working on the business for few years, it was established in the middle of the pandemic whilst Esther was also home schooling her children. She initially launched four products in her radiance range namely, a Facewash, Cleanser, 2-In-1 Face & Eye Serum and a Moisturiser.
The Judges said:
“We wanted to award a special commendation to this entrepreneur for her incredible work inspiring and educating skin care users to embrace the skin they are in! Just Starting Out is a tough category and we feel that Esther Roche deserved the ‘One to Watch’ accolade!!
She has an amazing product and we believe she can really take DeRoiste Natural Beauty Products to another level. We believe with braver aspirations for her products and distribution network she is the one to watch for 2022 entries.”
Esther Roche is the founder of DeRoiste Natural Beauty whose passion is to inspire skincare users to embrace their natural tone and not compromise their skin health due to societal pressure. Her career began in the dental field twenty years ago where she worked for various organizations within the Private, NHS and Civil Service sectors, she studied Law during this time. She volunteers at her local village pre-school and is the current Chairman just to give back to her community.
“The world is a better place with inclusion” she says, and she wants users to embrace their skin tone, develop a skincare routine using plant based and ecologically friendly products that are packed with essential vitamins. She prides herself in caring for others and promoting self-worth, selfcare, confidence, empowerment, and acceptance.
