Bedfordshire Chamber to launch manufacturing and engineering sector group

Manufacturing and engineering are recognised as being vital to the health of our local and national economies.  It's important that Bedfordshire's prominence in these sectors is fostered and developed.

Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce are launching a new Manufacturing and Engineering Sector Group on 27th February 2013, aimed at sharing ideas and issues that affect businesses in this area.

The event will include presentations by Rachel Eade, Supply Chain Specialist with the Manufacturing Advisory Service on UK supply chain opportunities and Roy Matthews on funding opportunities in the industry.

Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Hayward Tyler Group, specialist pump manufacturers, will make the keynote presentation.
