Working one to one with a qualified Life Coach, the aim of the programme is to focus on the relationship aspect of your life to help you improve your chances of finding and maintaining good personal relationships.
Coaching, unlike counselling is action based and solution focused. Working together to set goals and to work progressively to cover topics such as:
- Building Self Esteem
- How not to attract the ‘wrong people’
- Highs and lows of ‘online’ dating
- Eliminating emotional baggage
The programme is bespoke to each client and delivered fortnightly over approximately 3 to 6 months. Sessions are delivered in Bedford during the day or evening.
