The Total Wellbeing Luton healthy lifestyles team can come to Luton  workplaces and conduct NHS Health Checks around everyone’s busy schedules.

Each NHS Health Check takes around 20-30 minutes and involves blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI measurement.

It will either reassure your staff that they’re doing well and motivate them to keep up a healthy lifestyle or in some cases identify potential problems early and alert people to seek medical advice.

You can either contact the team directly to come to your office by emailing [healthcheck@totalwellbeingluton.org](mailto:healthcheck@totalwellbeingluton.org)

Or your staff can book directly for appointments at Lewsey Sports Park or at Hightown community Sports and Arts Centre.
