The Residential Conveyancing team at leading regional law firm Taylor Walton has been strengthened with the arrival of Chartered Legal Executive Tricia Moxey, who joins after a 25-year career with Dunstable law firm Knowles Benning.

Moxey has built an enviable reputation for her commitment to a high-quality personal service for home buyers in Dunstable and across the wider Bedfordshire area, supporting many repeat clients through multiple transactions over this time.

Caroline Hume, Head of Residential Conveyancing at Taylor Walton commented: “It is immensely gratifying to be able to attract talented individuals of Tricia’s ability and reputation to our firm, at a time when the housing market in the area remains buoyant.

“Bringing her assistant Dawn Dagger into the team too, has ensured the pair can continue to develop their strong working relationship that has served homebuyers in and around Dunstable so well for more than a decade.
“Both are very welcome additions to our growing team, at a time when the housing market is returning to more normal conditions post-pandemic and we can deliver the face-to-face personal service for which both Tricia and Taylor Walton are renowned.”

Although Moxey is based in the firm’s Harpenden office and best known for her work around Dunstable, she serves the whole of the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire region, with support from the Taylor Walton offices in Luton and St. Albans.

Of her decision to join Taylor Walton, Moxey said: “It’s never easy to leave a business after 25 years, having started my career there, but recognising Taylor Walton shares the same commitment to high quality personal service in residential conveyancing that I do, made for an easy decision.

“Having worked with Dawn for so long, it was important to me that Taylor Walton kept our team together to ensure we can deliver the same high-quality residential conveyancing service, that kept us so busy with repeat clients and referrals over the last 25 years.

“It’s only been a few weeks, but already I feel part of the very professional, supportive team here at Taylor Walton and I look forward to helping drive the business forward with my own inimitable style of residential conveyancing.”
Following college, Moxey started her employment as a Conveyancing Secretary in Luton, before completing her qualifications and progressing to become a Fellow of CILEX in 2007, since when she has helped thousands of homebuyers complete their transactions successfully.
