We spoke with Managing Director, Shyam Patel, to learn more about Stimpsons Eves, its ambitions in Bedfordshire and beyond, and why he believes the region is primed for investment.

Today, the business operates across offices in Luton, Bedford, and Milton Keynes, with a 15-strong team. Their expertise covers everything from commercial sales and lettings to large-scale acquisitions, asset management and professional surveying.

We’ll always use technology to be proactive, but we’ll never replace human interaction. That’s where trust and long-term relationships are built.”

Despite national economic uncertainty, Shyam is confident about the regional outlook. “Bedfordshire is in an incredibly strong position,” he notes, pointing to the Universal Studios development and Luton Airport’s expansion as transformational projects for the county.

“These are once-in-a-generation investments,” he says. “They’ll create jobs, attract further investment, and provide huge opportunities for businesses and property owners. Stimpsons Eves is well positioned to guide clients through that growth and help them make the right decisions.”
