Actavo has agreed to transfer its construction equipment supplies business from Luton to a 12,385 sq ft industrial unit at Faldo Road, Barton Le Clay, after agreeing a 10-year lease on the property.
Commercial property consultancy Kirkby Diamond was instructed to market the property on behalf of a private property company. The high quality accommodation, known as Chiltern House, is located on Barton Industrial Estate, and sits on an approximately one-acre site.
