Commercial property consultants Kirkby Diamond has rewarded its senior team for another outstanding year of business by announcing four key promotions.
In its building consultancy division, Paul Hazell becomes executive partner. Head of valuation Adam Smylie is promoted from associate to partner, while senior surveyor Darren Pape becomes an associate. Finally, land, planning and development associate Nathan Andrews is promoted to partner.

After undertaking my training at the firm to become chartered and now to be promoted to partner demonstrates the opportunities available to people at a regional practice compared to a national firm. Kirkby Diamond has been going from strength to strength since I started at the firm in 2014 and will continue to do so thanks to the efforts of the management board in growing the firm and expanding into new markets.”
