Export Documentation

All businesses within the UK that export need export documentation.  It is required in some countries for products to clear customs, as proof of origin, in order to claim preferential duty rates or for banking purposes when payment is by Letter of Credit. Letters confirming UK registration and/or membership to the Chamber may also be required for tenders or contracts.

Errors in documentation are expensive

A mistake can delay the consignment encountering storage costs, which can escalate. Therefore the importance of these documents should not be under estimated.

We offer full guidance, assistance and training on all export related documentation, and operate a counter service between the hours of 8:45am-12:30pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm when documentation will be certified (if correct) while you wait.
