Terms and Conditions

  • All events must be paid for at the time of booking.  Cancellations must be received in writing or by email to events@chamber-business.com.
  • Cancellations recieved more than one month before event date - refund in full
  • Cancellations recieved 10 working days to one month before event date - 50% refund
  • Cancellations recieved within 10 working days of  event date - no refund
  • No refunds will be given for "no shows" but there is no charge for substitue attendees
