Who Should Attend:
This course is presented for users with little or no previous experience of the application and is often combined with a brief look at the Internet. A working knowledge of the basic functions of Windows would be an advantage.
Aim of the Course:
Outlook is a powerful desktop management program that integrates e-mail, scheduling, contacts and tasks in one easy-to-use application. To work effectiveley within an organisation it is important that employees have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Outloook.
