Who Should Attend:
Anyone with the responsibility of writing business letters and who would like to improve their written English and feel confident with the rules of grammar.
Aim of the Course:
To instruct delegates in the art of business letter writing and how to create that all important 'first impression'. The impact your letter initially has on the reader is vitally important, in just the first few seconds it shows your professionalism, an indication of the high standards you set, and the care you take in portraying your business. Follow that with clear and concise content and you will gain that extra edge.
The course will teach correct letter layout, consistency of style, structuring letters to maximise readability and produce a more professional and effective document.
The course will demonstrate how cost effective professional business letter writing can be, by capitalizing on every opportunity to gain additional business.
If you are comfortable with the basics of a personal computer, use this course to develop the practical application of your word processing skills. If you are not so confident then we suggest you might like to try our 'Equalskills' course first. If you are not sure, please call us.
