They can affect the morale, output, quality, stability and effectiveness not only of their team but the whole organisation, and in a SME, can inflict substantial damage or generate amazing success, loyalty and job satisfaction. This course will enable participants to discuss aspects of team leadership in full, and will produce recommendations for good practise on which to build your business's future.
